DAW/hosts with MPE zone support (windows only) - can you recommend?

Can someone recommend DAW/host with MPE zones support for windows?
• I have Ableton Live 12 - it support MPE partially - MPE zones are not supported. You can not route lower zone data to one track/plug-in and upper zone data to other.
• I have Bitwig 2.3.5 it supports MPE, but doesn't supports - MPE zones are not supported. You can not route lower zone data to one track/plug-in and upper zone data to other.
• I have Camelot - it apparently supports MPE fully, but it doesn't supports timeline synchronized midi (midi plug-ins can not be synchronized to audio timeline)
....
any more options?

What do you mean by lower zone data?

Do you mean a keyboard split? Cause you can do that in Bitwig and Live.
