Put the 0404 on a secondary puter,,loaded up the cubasis that comes with it,,did a little multi-track thing,,,and ,,what!! no level/pan spline?
I sure hope I'm missin it somewhere here,,
If it doesn't have it ,is there an upgrade path out there,,I've had no luck yet.

Level/pan spline? You mean like ACID has? Cubase/Cubasis don't work that way.
You need to search for info on 'automation lanes' and 'read/write', so you'll know how it's done.

for panning in Cubasis you need to call up the mixer. AFAIK you cannot automate panning on a midi track (or audio for that matter). This is why I finally coughed up for Cubase SE.vtx wrote:Put the 0404 on a secondary puter,,loaded up the cubasis that comes with it,,did a little multi-track thing,,,and ,,what!! no level/pan spline?

You can always do panning with an LFO in your synth (on most synths anyway).
