I have a lot of old material from 2000-2002 timeframe that I wrote in Logic 3 and 4. I have the .LSO files and the audio files, and would like to open them up and play them again, even if it was just to have the audio files aligned in the track without Logic effects. Is there any practical way to do that today? Does Logic 4 PC even load at all on Windows 11 even if I had it?

IIRC all Logic projects older than version 7 had to be converted with version 7 in order to open them with newer versions.

There is a service that says that it will convert old Logic projects to Logic X. Of course, that means the files will open on a Mac, not a PC.

I haven't tried it, but I have been considering seeing if they can convert a bunch of my very old stuff from back when I used Logic 5 on Windows.
