I registered a few days ago as a new user of RC and of the forum. I can see all posts (I think) and also post things - my first posting resulted in a fix in 5.5.4!
But I can't download anything that has been posted as "community content" - phrases, rhythms etc. Whenever I attempt to download a ZIP, I get a 403 error (Forbidden). Is there some sort of "probation" for new forum users that needs admin intervention to allow all access? Or is there a problem in the forum?

From version 5.0 ALL contributed phrases and rhythm patterns from this forum are included in the installer, in a compact form that loads in a few seconds. You'll find everything in the "Contributed" folder in the phrase/rhythm inspectors.
Still, I recommend downloading the amazingly useful phrases created by tonedef71 in his topic:
