I saw it yesterday in their web just for 50€. I sent an email to support asking if there were any tricks or disadvantages compared to buying the products one at a time.

I thought that was just because it was part of the Summer of Sound sale by NI.

Oh well. Anyway, I registered for the freebie and now have MassiveX and Battery 4 on my PC.

Did you install them as a 'pack' through Native Access or as individual products?

I have the older Battery 3, but lately I also have Addictive Drums and BFD3. Also the Sampletank drums - e.g. Peart and Bozzio etc.

Thanks a lot for the heads up, I went for beats pack since I already had Replika XT, Phasis and Drive, and I had none of the stuff on beats.

I would have never bought massive X because of the price and little quirks it has, but for free? It is possible the greatest freebie of all time and it doesn't come along.

Whole this is great for us customers I wonder if this is simply too aggressive for the small audio software market.

Technically, it would be an upgrade, not an update. (I only mention this because of the big difference in prices.) But yes, you should be able to upgrade after registering Select to your account.
