Yeh Music Matter in the UK have fantastic customer service. On this occasion they advised me to use someone with a free return and they couldn't pricxe mate. I have used them before and they have always been excellent.

Ive had no issues with Bax Music. They were declared bankrupt earlier this year and have since been revived. I received a marketing email from them today.
They are legit. I've had purchased and received with no issues from 2023 onward
Monitors, Sennheiser E 906, KT 2A, SE7 Matched Pair, Clarett+ 8Pre Samson CL8a, 3 guitars and other bits.

Never had any issues with any of them, including BAX (who I did have to initiate a return with).
200-300 hundred purchases over 10 years, zero issues.
I would still vote for Andertons or SX Pro though as they're hom grown with physical stores. Important to keep that business model alive imo. Juno are good too, and most of them will offer price matching if you ask.

Bax, Music Matter (just round the corner from me) and gear4music have all been pretty good with me. Bax is definitely not a scam.
