New Unified Ujam Beatmaker Drum VSTi

Ujam have just released v3 of their Beatmaker drum machines, now all in a unified plugin that is a massive step forward from the old ones -
Better still, because I already own most of them, it only cost me AU$40, which is less than US$20 if you don't have to pay taxes, to upgrade everything to v3.
It doesn't replace the old ones, so I'm going to have to do that myself if I want to. We've been drifting back to Battery a lot lately but I think this will arrest that slide. The biggest advantage I see is being able to mix 'n' match samples from different instruments to make whatever kit you want. e.g. a kick from Berserk with a snare from Void and toms from Vice, etc., all being run through the Nemesis mixing effects. It could be a gasme-changer.

One little whiner who is probably a clueless idiot. There is nothing in his rant that is any way an actual problem, just his personal preferences. I love the new GUI and I couldn't care less how the buttons/keys are laid out or how the samples are mapped to them. They are all clearly labelled, it's just not a problem.

And things like :
- Key assignment changes
- Missing Midi patterns
- Changed sounds
Are hardly "personal preferences" now are they ?

None of that matters because it's not compatible with the old individual instruments anyway. It's a whole new instrument and you still have access to all the old versions via Ujam's Installer app. If you were using the old version of, say, Berserk, you'd have to manually swap the instruments over and who is going to bother doing that?
Maybe there'd be a valid complaint if they were asking full whack for it, but we're talking $19. I spent more than that on lunch at the pub today. I'll definitely be using the new version going forward but the old ones can remain where I've used them in old songs, there's no point replacing them.

I've given up on Ujam's drums and gone back to Battery. All the stability issues I have on Studio One are caused by Ujam plugins.
