Kontakt 8 , is there a way to load the factory libraries from 7?

I was a bit surprised when i found out today that Kontakt 8 does not show the factory libraries. And to my surprise these bundles are also not longer listed at the Kontakt 8 factory libraries page. The factory library is one of my most used library for string and brass needs.
Is there a way to display and use these libraries in Kontakt 8 too?

It's still there but just under 'Kontakt' rather than Kontakt Factory Library (in the rack view it is still Factory library though) but as you can see it sill has the same categories - including band and orchestral
Or do you want the Factory library version 1? tbh I deleted mine when factory library 2 came out as it still included most of it but with enhanced graphics - so I can't check if it's possible to show both versions but I did try installing factory library selection, which is a reduced version 1 and that does show in the old rack view (now 'classic')

Many thanks friends. That's indeed the trick. Classic view reveals the instruments.
In default view "Kontakt" is there, but the other three are missing. This new UI comes directly from hell ...

"The other three"?
If you mean KFL1, that one is also under Kontakt IIRC.
Also if you have the full KFLs installed, you don't need KFL Selection installed at all, it's just a smaller subset of KFL.

As shown in the image above, i have four Kontakt modules in classic view. Factory selection, Factory selection 2, Kontakt Factory Library and Kontakt Factory Library 2. These are the full ones afaik. So not sure what you mean with the full of kfl.
In "default" view in Kontakt 8 i have the single Kontakt item. And nothing else. These four modules does simply not show. Maybe i miss something, but their content is not included in the single Kontakt item from version 8.

Kontakt Factory Selection contains a smaller selection of stuff from Kontakt Factory Library. You don't need it at all if you have KFL installed! Same situation with KFL2. I would uninstall both Selection and Selection 2 in your case.

But then i miss content that i need
And this unfortunately still does not solve the problem of the modules showin in the classic view, but not in the default one.
But thank you for the link. I'll have a look.
EDIT, nope, rebuilding the databases didn't help. Well, was worth a shot
