MIDI Input Mapping
Just right-click the track name, assign a MIDI note, and you’re ready to trigger it.
Random Sample Mode
Perfect for realistic acoustic kits. Load multiple sample variations (like soft/loud hits), and it’ll randomly pick one each time — great for humanizing your grooves.
Instant Song Switching
Seamlessly jump between songs with zero dropouts — ideal for live sets or creative flow.
Smart Sample Browsing
Every sample in a folder appears in a dropdown for each track. Browsing kicks and snares is fast and intuitive.
Swing Control
Dial in groove — from subtle shuffle to full-on triplets (67% swing for that classic feel).
Rolls
Trigger up to 16 hits within a 16th step — perfect for buzz rolls or glitchy textures.
Reverse Samples with Timing Control
One-click reverse with precise alignment options — reverse samples can land exactly where you want them.
Edit Groups & Melodic Percussion
Assign steps to edit groups with independent pitch settings — great for tuned percussion or layered sound design.
Full ADSR Envelope
Shape each sound precisely with attack, decay, sustain, and release.
Three LFOs per Track
Modulate pitch, volume — whatever you need — per track, with deep control.
Hitchance per Step
Set probability for each step to fire. Combine with LFOs and random samples for an almost generative, always-evolving feel — I love this for ghost notes.
My goal was to capture the immediacy and joy of old-school drum machines, but add depth for today’s workflows. It’s easy to jump into, but packed with creative possibilities once you dig in.
What would you tweak or add?
I’d love your feedback — it’ll help shape the next version.

. Ok keep an eye out on the facebook, I should get it going in the weekend.
The mac version is up to date with distortions and microtiming added.
Forgot to mention you can route every track out to it's own output for more processing.

as promised, the windows version is available. only vst3 since I don't have my windows signing ready yet . you might need to right click the .vst file and unblock it since windows doesn't trust it yet. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KKeKP4 ... share_link.
I used samples from www.drumkito.com, www.themetalkickdrum.com is nice too but i'm sure you'll have you own stash already.

Since those fast repeated samples do synth sounds, i made it playable by midi, with this as the result. all you hear are just really fast repeated samples, this is not in the release yet, i need to do more testing and make sure everything else still works . but here is a teaser satisfaction seemed suitable.

For now is for the low price of 10 euro's. Put your email in the start screen, press purchase and it goes to my stripe payment site.
Plan is to keep it evolving, alot And maybe one day make a hardware one. I'll see if i can try bitwig to check was it going on there, probably still have to do and overhaul and do some cpu optimization. do you get dropouts in sound on bitwig ?

In Bitwig I am getting some dropouts, but just barely. I thought it was distortion, but it's not.
Does not manifest in Reaper. This is an 11th gen core i5 though, not a very strong cpu.
Sry if I've missed it, but a sample preview and a sample pool would be nice. You could load
multiple samples into the pool and have it populate the sample load dropdown lists.

you're right, i need to add a button to play the sample, the pool is already there, all samples from the same folder show up in the drop down list and get sorted by number/alfabetically. I forgot about this since i'm usually hotswapping while the loop is playing anyway.

Hmm, I did not see the sample list auto-populate across tracks. I'll try that again. the tracks before selecting the samples if that makes any difference. Once I selected a sample
for a track, it would read through the dir, not before.
