Can I change the scale without changing my absolute progression?

I imported a progression I already had in Scaler, but forgot to set the scale in RC first. So I have unwanted dissonances. I thought I could simply change the composition scale while viewing the progression in absolute chords. But when I change the scale, the progression also changes by the same interval and simply transposes the dissonance.

Is there a way to do this, or do I start over, setting the correct scale first?

Start over, but, if you ever change the scale, uncheck the 'change the chords" check box if you want to keep the original. (Found in the scale on the master track)

BluGenes is perfectly right, I'll show you where to turn it off:

Thanks, I see now that I can do this by setting the scale in master track.

Unfortunately there are three places where you can set the scale and mode - but only two of them have this "change chords" checkbox. I was attempting to set the scale pitch (but not the mode) globally in the header (see original screenshot) and that specific popup (alone) doesn't have the checkbox, but the adjacent mode-change popup does.

Yes, you are right, sorry about it. I added the same check-box in the root note pop-up in the next update/next beta version:
