How do I create Similar Vocal Chops to A.G. Cook? (Like the song "ldyll")

Throughout the song "ldyll" by AG Cook there are like rhythmic vocal melodies, Maybe its more simple than I think but if theres a technique to this please let me know it sounds so cool. I'm on Ableton if that helps.

That's really interesting!

My guess is:

1. Chop vocals as independant syllables.
2. Write an arp pattern with them.
3. Apply subtle pitch envelopes to select notes for that pitch bend every once in a while.
4. Run it through a plugin like Celemony Melodyne or Antares Autotune and really change the pitch of certain notes so you get strong autotune artifacts.

A great way to slice up vocals (or anything else) is by using Rex-loops. Reason's Recycle, which is the ultimate Rex-loop editor, has become free not so long ago, and the best thing is that Ableton Live can load Rex-files.
