If you like THU and are ok with the GUI, it's not a bad platform.
Shame they are all too focused on making it look like real hardware instead of bringing digital guitar-playing to a whole new level of sound and functionality !

I've got BIAS FX2 and I always got replies from support. I love the sound and interface too !

They put the upgrade fee on their website before they emailed everybody about the release. I did look in my account but like someone else said, the serial number there did not work. I assumed I would have to purchase the upgrade, so that's what I did. I've been waiting for a reply from support ever since they sent out the official email announcement. I bet I'm not the only one. They really shot themselves in the foot imo.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.
