I'd like to believe that was cheeky British humour. They didn't seem to take themselves seriously. There was another video where the wall of amps went on for miles (that one may have been photoshopped...).

thedarkness.jpgI heard them on the radio after I Believe In A Thing Called Love came out and the lead singer talked like he pooped gilded rainbow sherbet. The interviewer asked if he was worried about a potential sophomore slump and he said something like, "no, it's going to be hits from here on out."

Been a while but I once had those fantasies.
And then there is this:

Maybe. It was radio, so sarcasm might not have translated. To be honest though, they just seemed like jerks.Uncle E wrote: Fri Jun 27, 2025 2:19 am I'd like to believe that was cheeky British humour. he once called me a "daft c word"
was walking up the stairs in front of him and tripped over.
we did have a few conversations too, but mainly just small talk, nothing interesting.
he was rehearsing at a friend's place for a bit.
