Chord/Scale question for Waves Tune Real-Time

Hi all,
Music theory question, I have a song with the following structure/chords:
Verse: E A
Chorus: C#m F#m A B

I'm using Waves Tune Real-Time and for the verse I set the correction to E Major scale and it seems to sound correct
QUESTION: do I use E Major scale correction for the Chorus too?

Yes, the chords in the chorus are built on the same scale as the verses.
