Hi, everyone who knows about capabilities of Pacer to learn System Exclusive (sysEx) of external hardware and sending it back by one of switches . I mean a synthesizer that sends a command via MIDI port when you press any button on its panel. So I want to free my hands and do these operations with my feet.

Sysex is not listed as an option.
You'll need another small box that sends sysex when it receives a note / cc / program, etc.
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated. Image

Pacer says SYS EXCL send and receive, so look in manual more closely what limitations are.
- full presets in synths usually 300-400 bytes or so
- if you can send to edit buffer in a synth

A bit like BertKoor already mentioned but maybe look at sequencers that can trigger tracks
- look at Akai MPC series maybe
- support lots of midi tracks
- but check if sysex can be recorded on a midi track

Tricky part with Sysex is that there is no length limitation.
- and why foot controllers limit to midi CC or notes, not sure if they even allow NRPN/RPN since longer
- many daws allow this, but some like StudioOne does not

So idea is that sequencers might allow this taking longer sequences of data.

There are silly expensive hardware sequencers like Cirklon

My Logic recognizes and records SysEx from keyboard perfect. It’s very short command and control my keyboard fine when playing back this sequence . I just looking the way to transmit and remember this SysEx command to Pacer.

While Pacer uses Sysex messages to communicate with DAWs and for backing up/restoring settings, Pacer's controls switches cannot transmit custom sysex messages from user presets.
Even short-messages (CCs, Notes, PCs) can be represented as sysex, but those messages are just a few bytes. A custom sysex message can potentially be much longer and Pacer simply doesn't have enough remaining memory to store even small custom sysex messages.
We have had some interest in the ability to learn and transmit custom Sysex from Pacer, so perhaps we could add a MicroSD card slot to a future product, to allow for more storage space. I can't say if that will happen but it's something we've considered.
When I have needed Pacer to control something that doesn't respond to standard short-messages, I've used Bome's MIDI Translator. https://www.bome.com/products/miditranslator
