Nope. I entered with Kontakt 3 or 4, can't remember. And for me Kontakt 8 is the most counter intuitive version so far.

This. I've used Kontakt from before there was a number attached, ie., 22 yrs. And I was... quite baffled. I was at 7 but had saved a couple of things in it before in midstream they f**ked it over but good, so I can deal; albeit with the one exception just avoid. They're going for a target that is as unlike me as you'll ever get in this thing.

Not sure what "how to show your instrument" means, unless you simply mean loading an instrument in v8, and if you need a tutorial for that, sorry, IMO Kontakt isn't the problem...

Yeah I'd say instrument loading is absolutely not a problem, and it is in fact easier for new users than ever, since by default the full-screen browser is opened on load and you can just search and load. Pretty easy.
