Some great new additions there, including Python scripting in Patcher.

A shame about the AI addition though - assistance for how to do things is nice (despite not being able to actually do things for you) but also adding in lyric generation etc. is heading down a very slippery slope.

All it means for me is I have to be online to use the AI which just eats up more PC resources that I need for a track.

another good step forward the clip edit, no 20 make uniques per project, still the handling with clicking is again just cumbersome.... it feels not well thought implemented.

Would be great if Image-Line gave some incentive to M4L developers to port their plugins/modules so they work in FLS Patcher.

I don't like the Loop Marker thing on the Piano Roll. Mostly an extra step now to delete it. I also notice the Midi Out module misbehaves. I use it to work out notes and chords and I put one in a project yesterday and the DUNE vst I had in the rack would just play the midi notes (even though it wasn't routed to it).

I haven't used fl studio in years - slightly curious - what is the PDC like in fl studio? iirc that's one of the reasons I didn't dive deep in fl studio but this was probably 8 or so years ago. I'm finding a lot of mixed feedback on this when I google it.

It's got better. You still have to pre roll OsTIrus and the hardware emus 4 beats so they sync properly.
