I think the subtext is why is this so expensive? $800 is very expensive. Just saying "it includes 5 plugins" isn't useful. I would absolutely assume that when I purchase something, it would include the things I'm purchasing.

What is making this so expensive? What does the AI component do exactly? How is it better than just dialling in sounds for oneself? These aren't rhetorical questions, I genuinely want to know.

I'm sure their thinking is something like... "a mixer can just insert the plugin on all tracks, and no need to do anything else. Time is money, and after 20 mixes or so it pays for itself with all the time saved."

What happens if you don't like the AI's result? Ozone's AI is just bad, and I always found myself tweaking Sonible's plugins after their AI rendered its decisions, which made me question the utility of having it at all. This doesn't even look tweakable like Sonible's stuff. So with Technivation, you wait for the AI to render it's decision, and if you don't like it then what? Move the one slider and pray it does what you want? Remove the plugin and start inserting your usual non AI options (time wasted)? Trust that it knows better than you do?

Agree with the poster above... Amature market plugin at professional plugin prices.

People go into audio engineering because they like engineering audio.
AI tools like this say to them, "Hey pal, you really wasted your life honing your craft!"

It's like trying to sell an AI image generator to a painter. It's insulting, honestly.

But maybe the fakers and phonies will spend $800 on this. Good luck.

Heh, I suppose it's one of those "shock" advertising campaigns, where the ridiculous price brings them free publicity. The thing is: does it really work? If anything, this is gonna get the pirates riled up. A famous Russian torrent tracker with a very descriptive name is sure to, erm, distribute their stuff very soon.
