( + other Emotions and sentiments in my personnal life, in same time period i do meet my real loved wife, "sister soul" , ... this is so much mystic , emotionnal, lovely, beautiful... i near guessed that SWAY would come together... as some "coincidence" in the universe )

Except sheaf didn't trademark it, so it is not prohibited to use it by someone else. I. this case that ended up being NI.

You don't want to piss off NI's legal team. Hence sheaf needs to change the name. Simple as that.

FWIW, SY77 is not trademarked (I believe you can't trademark letters and symbols like that).
