Opsix native still broken for other users?

I can't learn to live with 100% CPU idling, as it leaves no room for anything else if I'm doing ITB stuff. Ultimately, until I buy a new laptop Opsix is unusable, even more so than it used to be. For me, each Opsix update seems to make it worse. Maybe I should go back to v1.0 and have it only half cripple my DAW instead of fully crippling it.

I have the same problem. In Cubase the CPU meter goes to about 70% while nothing is playing. Unfortuantely, this plugin is unusbale in its current state. I wrote to them a few days ago, but haven't received a reply.

I just installed it again (haven't had it reinstalled yet since reinstalling Windows 11) and it's working fine here. I didn't see any huge jumps in the CPU like you described.

It doesn't happen right away on my system. It happens after playing around a bit, starting/stopping the DAW, then suddenly the CPU meter goes up for no reason while nothing is playing. IIRC, it goes back down when i restart playback.

I can run dozens of instances on an i7 12700K within a single Cubase project, with 4-5 instances playing smoothly at the same time.

I can also easily run that many instances simultaneously. The bug seems to occur only when idling.

Please create a ticket, if you have this problem. More tickets, better chances for a fix.

PC specs (CPU model, ram, windows version, etc), audio interface model, and audio settings?
(Sample rate, buffer size, audio driver if Windows)

The ticket is now being worked on. A culprit has already been identified. Using any other sample rate than 48kHz causes CPU overloads on my system.
