I'm trying to do a complete overhaul of the Fatar Tp/10 keybed in my Kurzweil K2500XS. Unfortunately it seems that most spare parts are either new old stock or taken from used units. For instance the hammer weights are starting to crack, no matter if it's NOS or used, simply due to age. The plastic used for the weights seems to have reached end of life.

Anybody here happen to know if these can be 3D printed? Or have some experience with scanning things to then be exported to CAD or directly printed?

There are so many classic synths and samplers that used this particular Fatar TP/10 (or tp/10 mdr) that I'm quite surprised nobody has made a replacement keybed for these yet.

So far I've found synth-parts.com and syntaur.com but all are original parts. Surely there must be somebody selling newly made replacements?

I found replacement keys for a matrix 6 on eBay. 3d printed in China (I believe) from a seller in Greece.
