off topic, how have i missed or forgotten the oneiroi?

I'd been wanting one since they came out, sorta talked myself out of it, and bought the VCV Rack module instead.
Then I bought a Go case to allow me to move some modules around, but also started moving all sorts of stuff around the studio trying to find a good layout. Been doing that repeatedly, until I recently started thinking about the Go as a focussed system, for heavy droneage type stuff. Decided the core would have to be the Oneiroi. Ordered one.

I'm just seeing the front page that they show the product, with the Sub Total, and Exc VAT, whilst in the basket being the same. That's before going to the checkout though. I don't know why.

i started watching videos after you mentioned the delivery fubar, now mine is on a van on its way
wed or thurs, that's my only issue with thomann, no next day i want it now!!!!

Here it displays the price you pay, in the basket it says 'Inc VAT'

In the UK there are legal requirement to show prices inclusive of VAT, except for products primarily market towards businesses.

I wonder if you might be using a VPN that shows you being based in another country.

VPN's have recently had a sudden surge of popularity in the UK.....for one reason or another.....

That could be the reason, as I'm using Start Page for the search engine which has VPN in the title bar.

Tried the Edge browser without VPN, still the same excluding vat.

Ok, here's the mixup, the final page is the checkout, which is different from the basket. The checkout shows Including VAT. (Something strange happened, the basket now shows Inc VAT)

There's still something odd going on with your system.

For me, in the UK, it's £699 on that page and exactly the same in the basket which also states explicitly that it includes VAT.

If you still get the strange results logged in, have you tried it logged out ?
