"File not found" error with two PIgments 6 Soundpacks [RESOLVED]

I've just purchased three Pigments 6 Soundpacks:
Hypnotic Leads,
Frosted Granular,
Irradiated Landscapes.

Hypnotic Leads works for all presets, but the other two packs are bringing up "The following samples were not found" errors on lots of the presets.

For example, if I select the second preset in "Frosted Granular", I get an error message saying that two sample files cannot be found. The file specs are:

You'll notice, as I've just noticed, that it's asking for the same file twice! Nonetheless, I have just carried out a brute-force search of my main disk and my external SSD, and there is no trace of a file called

whatsoever!

The folder

does exists but it is completely empty. Could this be the signs of a failed installation?

It seems that I did indeed have a partial installation, with the three new packs showing up as available, albeit with just the one pack working!

I logged onto my Arturia account and went to the my products page, and downloaded the installers for the three packs, and ran the .pkg units.

Now all of the sound packs work! I haven't a clue what clearly marked instruction I missed...
