Nice buy
.
I really like the Monopoly, though tbh the filter is pretty boring and vanilla. I never understood why the polysix was raved about and Monopoly is same sound. BUT, when you play around with the setup of the 4 oscillators it starts to get really powerful. The "FX" (sync and cross mod) can make some out-there sounds, and I absolutely love the round-Robin mode on the arp, it's unique. I can diddle around on that for hours. Worth buying for all on its own IMO. Monopoly is one of those synths that is incredibly fun to just play around on. Enjoy!

Fltr sounds ok to me bought the monopoly to have extra oscs for my matrxbrute. Sounds great they really work well together although pan on the monopoly would have been cool

I kind of have mine permanently set for a deep filtered down Reese-y bass.
I understand the Mono/Poly is the source of the Valley Of The Shadows bell arp sound. If you figure out the patch, please share!

I mean, I think it was the M/P, anyway. That track was apparently all sourced from a 'free' Future Music sample cd.
The bells have shown up on a few sample collections but somewhere they're listed as Mono/Poly. It seems to make sense as the M/P arp does the octave range in a similar way. And anyway, it's one of my 'white whale' sounds. Also used on a Delerium track. (Sensorium? don't remember right now) I've posted about it before, hah.
