This song is both great and enjoyable. Sometimes composers miss one or the otherCinebient wrote: Mon Apr 15, 2024 5:02 pm Another little piece made with Plasmonic only.

It's a very fine advertisement for Plasmonic. Thanks for posting it

Thank you all
Do not count on me but maybe someday i really hope to find the time and power to share some of these presets.
I really tried it but i don´t know, life does just things you can´t control. Year is not going good so far but never give up........

love this synth. but I can hear something I would call alialising in the background on some presets. could also be the modulation im hearing, when the sound fades out. there is definitely something audible, after mainly the short decay percussive sounds are played

I think the nature of the synthesis can cause aliasing like sounds like:dieterlaser wrote: Mon Sep 01, 2025 2:13 pm love this synth. but I can hear something I would call alialising in the background on some presets. could also be the modulation im hearing, when the sound fades out. there is definitely something audible, after mainly the short decay percussive sounds are played
Inharmonic content from the all pass filter dispersion in the waveguide.
Intermodulation distortion from combing multiple signals in the feedback loop.
General nonlinearities in the exciter section can generate sidebands.
The distortion processor, and sympathetic resonator can generate or exaggerate inharmonic content.
Generally due to the nature of plasmonic it can produce lots of dense inharmonic content that can sound a like aliasing.

yep, it must be the nature of the synthesis. its not happening on most presets. still, interestingkraster wrote: Mon Sep 01, 2025 3:03 pmI think the nature of the synthesis can cause aliasing like sounds like:dieterlaser wrote: Mon Sep 01, 2025 2:13 pm love this synth. but I can hear something I would call alialising in the background on some presets. could also be the modulation im hearing, when the sound fades out. there is definitely something audible, after mainly the short decay percussive sounds are played
