I just want to say that in the latest version of Quantum we significantly improved the transient detection.

Imo the threebody tech trinity shaper is worth a look as well. Can be had relatively cheap on sale.
I do have the eventide one, tho I don’t use it much. Never really jived with it myself for some reason.

0 latency by default.
Depending on the internal effects that you use, there are some that introduce latency: pitch shifter, limiter & compressor if you enable the lookahead feature.

The new Phantomix from United Plugins does transient/non transient separation and you can add effects to the resulting separated signal. Saturation, delay, eq, reverb etc.
Unlike Physion you can only do one at a time but it work well and it's currently only 19 bucks
