I’m working on a podcast and I need to include or recreate a specific sound.
It’s a sort of police radio call tone from a handheld device (C2000 system in the Netherlands).

The tricky part is that I can’t find a proper example anywhere this is the only reference I was sent:

Does anyone know how I could recreate this sound, or where I might find a clean sample?

It's more about the midi than the "sound design"

I have velocity on so that the volume is different for each note (slightly)

It's min-of-meer the same sound. A sine with reverb.
I used a filtered triangle because I saw a few higher harmonics but that can be from the radio hardware that always sounds a little distorted. Then reverb.

Midi and Viatl preset attached but literally ANY synth can do this
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Wow thank you very much for making the time to make it for me and your explanation. Really happy here! :)
