Closest thing to FAC Fizzica for Windows?

I recently bought Fizzica, and I instantly fell in love. It has some of the best audio-rate modulation I've heard from an effect! The noise modes are very pleasing and work well with the built-in filter. Is there anything for Windows that comes close? I have Infiltrator 2, but it doesn't seem like there is noise modulation. Something similar could be done in TRIAD. I also have Tritik Krush Pro, but the only noise source is the bitcrusher. From my research, it seems like Wave Shifter comes the closest. Any other recommendations (even if they just have noise for modulating the signal) are welcome.

I don't know what fixzics is but it sounds like you want audio rate modulation of a filter, you can do this (quite well) with the drop from cytomic. Also zebrify (included with zebra legacy) from u-he is great. Then you have all the modular setups like reaktor and vcv rack.

I was just going to post that this seemed like an easy thing to create in Reaktor Blocks or VCV. You could probably do it in Softube Modular, as well.
