Which hosts/DAWs let you build custom GUIs (for live/touch screens)?

I'm currently preparing my live/DJ setup and I'm wondering which hosts/DAWs let you build custom GUIs, meaning being able to assign knobs/sliders/buttons etc. to VST parameters and display that in a dedicated window for touchscreen use.
I know of Usine (which I did use for a live setup for several years, it's amazing, but too deep sometimes imo), MuTools I think?
What else? (I'm on Win).

I use Reaper anyway for other stuff so thanks for the heads up.
Can I do OSC control 'locally' on the same computer, i.e. without having set up a (W)Lan network?

Yes. If youve got standard networking, you've got loopback via localhost

https://www.mutools.com/info/M10/docs/mulab/mux.html the mux part is modular and you can use vst plugins.
