Upgrade Windows Bluetooth drivers to get more settings for commands - did you do it?

Does anybody have experience doing this?
- if so what did you choose for drivers?

Thinking of changing next/previous track to forward/rewind 10s and similar.

App for Android I read can have that in themselves, but on windows platform overall is my thought.

Are there latency advantages possibly?
