Organic and beautiful presets for Shade, for free, from link below the video.
UVI Falcon - v4 = 2026 released - rumors, ads, praise, kindergarden, auto-sampling and off-topic inside!

"as far as i know, shade isn‘t included as an effect in falcon?!" correct not included in Falcon.
The "external" standalone Effects from UVI are insanely powerful. And Relayer has been available for some time now. I really had no idea until -The Bundle.
I've been processing my hardware synth with Shade and the Tape Suite and Plate from within Audio Hijack. A different instance of Shade on the right and left channel sounds amazing.
(UVI is Falcon.)

it wasn‘t really a question about shade. it was more a question what does shade presets have to do with falcon as this you s a falcon thread.newuser2014 wrote: Sat Sep 20, 2025 5:01 pm "as far as i know, shade isn‘t included as an effect in falcon?!" correct not included in Falcon.

Has anybody an idea, how to switch the octave on the Falcon-internal keyboard when playing with computer keyboard? Each time, I use a widget on the info screen, it changes from the Ableton Computer MIDI keyboard to the Falcon-internal keyboard and I am stuck between C4 and D#5. Nothing in the doc, nothing found on internet...

Click plus icon on EVENT at Program level, then select Script Processor->Utilities->Transpose. It can transpose incomming MIDI note +/- 48 semitones.SamDi wrote: Tue Sep 23, 2025 11:36 pm Has anybody an idea, how to switch the octave on the Falcon-internal keyboard when playing with computer keyboard? Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately this won't help me so much. I use the computer keyboard for note playing mainly, when browsing presets and with each new program loaded, your workaround would need to be redone. I do a similar approach by switching the octave in the program box in the parts tab. At least the change then is permanent, even when loading a new program in that part.NoriSato wrote: Wed Sep 24, 2025 10:59 am Click plus icon on EVENT at Program level, then select Script Processor->Utilities->Transpose. It's not optimal though, because each preset has the sweet spot on another octave.
But they should really provide an obvious way to switch the ocatve on the keyboard or drop the whole thing and leave keyboard presses for notes on DAW level to manage that.

so, when looking at the last years, it's about time (mid-october) for 3.2 or 3.5 or even 4.0. whatever it's called this time
looking forward to what's new in it!
and maybe one or two new expansion. i'd love some modern edm-sounds with the power of falcon

I think Shade is basically formed from the digital eq and xpander filter in Falcon, although obviously Shade presets won’t work within Falconaudio/fault wrote: Sat Sep 20, 2025 7:09 pmit wasn‘t really a question about shade. it was more a question what does shade presets have to do with falcon as this you s a falcon thread.newuser2014 wrote: Sat Sep 20, 2025 5:01 pm "as far as i know, shade isn‘t included as an effect in falcon?!" correct not included in Falcon.

Fired up Audioterm again. New wavetable led to this patch.
You might want to turn off invert pitch and midi out.
I'm on a bit of an invert pitch kick lately.
Supprised nobody askes for Granulizer as an external effect.
EDIT: Link fixed. Additional subfolder of old Audioterm Wavetables added.

To nitpick - Apple isn't the first to do year-based versioning (and they're only using the last two digits). For Apple, and UVI in the case of Falcon, it makes sense. If you're only releasing a major update once a year why not just use the year as the version number. Makes things quite easy.audio/fault wrote: Thu Oct 16, 2025 12:29 pm there it is... following the new apple way: Falcon 2026
