have only had a quick play, found one cool "layer " I can't find, says at the bottom it's an output?
the feedback blur one.

im shut down for now, but will post a more detailed description tomorrow. :)

but on top of that, some great features like the aforementioned text, camera input (i need to test) and some nice new visuals too.
the shader editor and oscilloscope need some testing too! all in all, well worth the 39 upgrade fee i think, a lot of work has gone in to this!

not affiliated  i am bedtime high though...

Agreed. Quite impressive.
I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

Is it 'Render Output' ? It seems to be feeding the whole 'video mix' back in onto a layer; if you set it up with a simple 'moving' shader on one layer, and that on another with a little bit of x and y offset you can start to see 'feedback trails' of the moving shader...

Heh. I'm just skeptical that it won't be cheaper at a later time. Imaginando always does that, despite what they say. I don't care about the money in particular, there's just so much other
stuff I want to pick up at the same time, I have to choose.

I'm not really using VS lately as well...

New version of VS, so new content pack for new version...

Definitely leveraging the text layers, but also lotsa jolly-roger style skulls.
