Yuki Chiba -- "Omote" (which means "heavy" -- in the context of this song, I think the gist is: "heavy lies the golden chain")

It seems this track was a big hit and very influential in Japan. I learned about it from Nagi's 4AM Shibuya dance crew videos, and later saw it used in some FB reels.
