Hi, I want to cut some of the negative peaks only, so which clipper (or tool) allows to do this? Thank you for your recommendations.

Newfangled Audio Saturate maybe? Not quite sure. But Ocelot Clipper does that for sure.

I'm not sure if this one will give the result you are after, but perhaps if you use Symmetry -/+100% (Asymmetrical) and either Hard Clip or Soft Clip it may work...it's free so worth a try.

Ocelot Clipper as mention in the previous post have Independent positive and negative knee controls only...great for tonal shaping but not sure that is what you looking for. https://fuseaudiolabs.com/#/pages/product?id=301122023
V-Clip have a "Custom clipping mode to provide separate waveshaping for positive and negative samples plus DC offset control and filtering, allowing for unique sounding distortion with even and odd harmonics"

* note that V-Clip has Machine ID DRM

Great companies!
Maybe you even have a waveshaper in your DAW. For example, FL Studio has Fruity WaveShaper
