Are there true American made Fenders with 11-screw pickguards?

I thought 8-screw pickguards were the mark for true American made Fenders.
- one screw right under middle pickup, easy to spot

But saw looking through American Strats
- Professional II series are 11-screw
- Vingtage II series are 11-screw
- Ultra II series are 11-screw

The new Ultra Luxe Vintage are though 8-screw
- but saw they had necks with truss rod adjustment in head

Are these 11-screw models some hybrid, with some American Hardware but made elsewhere?

Or are newer series moving towards 11-screw?
