Thank you! You can never have too many vocoders. That’s what I keep telling myself, anyway.CinningBao wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 12:06 pm excellent work! a fine addition to any vocoderists collection
there's nothing else quite like it, and I have a LOT of vocoders..

Wow I'm totally impressed, great job and emulation. Having owned the original Heil with the tube, and original Talker and I can say your version seems even cleaner, clearer more usable.
Please consider us poor PC folks, you should be able to convert it to a 64bit VST perhaps?

Yes, we’re definitely considering a VST3 version! We wrote the Audio Unit plugin as a native plugin, rather than using something like JUCE. That means it’ll be a bit of work to get a VST3 plugin happening, but most of the work is on the UI side and installer etc, not the audio processing. Which Windows app do you use?Dirk Diggler wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 12:46 pm Wow I'm totally impressed, great job and emulation. Thanks for the info! Noted! Which DAW do you use? Thanks.jamcat wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 12:50 pm I’m on macOS but I only use VST3. If there was a VST3 version I would be hitting the buy button right now.
Added a vote for a VST.

You’ll want to do VST3 as soon as possible because most people use that with NKS.

We’re looking into what’s needed to make a VST3 version. No promises at this point, but we’ll see what we can do!

Thanks!
Great. Thanks!
What’s NKS?Uncle E wrote: Tue Sep 30, 2025 3:33 pm You’ll want to do VST3 as soon as possible because most people use that with NKS.
The rules are that once you start, you have to say it 144 times before you’re allowed to stop.revvy wrote: Tue Sep 30, 2025 4:04 pm Demoed this today (Logic/Live, great combo) and it’s a lot of fun. Sounds excellent.
Hard to not sit there and keep playing Around The World.
