It seems to be getting positive responses. It's not for me though.

I have a RYTM and a Syntakt and a SP404. So I think that covers pretty much everything this can do. It just involves a lot more cables!

But I can't help thinking Elektron might need to up their game - if I had the money to buy the above again I would be getting a T 1000 instead.
I believe every thread should devolve into character attacks and witch-burning. It really helps the discussion.

Alex Ball was great choice for early access.

This is going to replace my Digitakt II and MC-707. My RYTM mk2 stays…for now

In the TR-1000 marketing and behind the scenes stuff there are multiple mentions of expanded parameters, extended ranges, and taking the “guard rails” off synth engines. Roland tends to play it safe when it comes to percussion so it is intriguing that they’re making a point of saying this. I wonder how much synthesis flexibility they’re providing? Looks like they won’t have the detailed parameter documentation online until later this month. They’ve got my attention with this one, but $2700? Ouch.

The first track in a vid to show off Roland's new dance machine is in 7/4. Never change, Alex ❤️

I hope they add the "circuit bent" ACB models to their plugin 808 and 909. That would be nice.
