I just recently spent $200+ on a new pair of Beyedynamic DT 770 Pro 80ohm! I noticed that the volume is too damn low using just my laptop headphone jack. Will the Focusrite Scarlet Solo Gen 3 be strong enough to power the necessary volume levels for mixing and mastering Trap music with very low end in FL Studio? What specs do I need to be aware of to ensure compatibility for mixing and mastering trap beats with these two paired together?

If it is about the headphones amp, I'd vote against Focusrite Scarlett. I own a 3rd gen 4i4, and the headphone out distorts audibly on moderate volume.
With the line out routed to a 40 years old hifi amp there is no problem at all.
