I love Opal. It’s super high quality and very capable. I do hope UA gives it a couple of updates. I also would love to see a lot more presets. This thing can do so much.

Hi 
So I have this UI glitch with Opal synth when synth is not used some time in a project.
For example:
- Load synth into a project
- Wait 15 minutes and not open it
- Opened and I can see this picture
After 3-5 sec (once it was about half of a minute) seconds it became normal. Any suggestions, folks?
I'm using:
- Opal VST3 1.3.10
- Ableton Live 11.3.21
- Mac OS Sonoma 14.0

(macOS) Catalina 10.15, Big Sur 11, Monterey 12, Ventura 13, or Sonoma 14

I tried to use plugins with Bitwig and there is no such an issue... Because blurry it's blurry but white glitched UI

Cool they just made all plugs fully NKS2

UAD plugins rarely get new features. Especially their synths. It's probably safe to assume UAD consider them feature complete.waxdoctor wrote: Thu Aug 28, 2025 8:47 am I am a dreamer, I guess, but would like to see that UA implements user wavtables

Recently we have had improvements to MIDI Controller mapping and just last week NKS support, so they do update the synths on occasion. Maybe user wavetables will appear....
