If you could pick one synth plugin to be resurrected and updated to modern standards, which would it be?

I think my personal choice would be Sylenth1. I never was a huge fanboy, but every time I made sounds for it I always loved the details, especially how the unison engine worked. Would be very cool to see a Sylenth1 2026 edition.

How about you? What synths - or effect plugins would you love to see resurrected?

And not a synth or even a resurrection, but I'm still hoping for a Virtual Yamaha YC-45d organ.

To be fair Sylenth1 still sounds great; there is something special about the unison. But I also wonder why Lennard never developed a version 2 — and how great that could have been.

I'd also like a see a Diva 2.

Would be great to have source code to Oatmeal as well... the way it conflates velocity and aftertouch always screws me up...
