One main reason i bought so many PA plugins was: their licensing system worked well, logins worked well, into the shop/PA, into PA manager, everything was smooth to me. all my plugin handling was smooth and easy.

I hope their new site doesn't have a security vulnerability. I am getting this error message too. I have submitted a support ticket.

They should better spend their ressources in updating their plugins and fixing their issues instead of breaking something that worked and replacing it with something that doesn't...
But it seems to be the rule among big businesses today : they don't do what the customers expect from them, instead they invest in marketing in order to get new customers (that will get pissed off as soon as they start to use their product).
In this case, I don't see the improvement, but who knows, maybe it will attract some new users...

I'm still having issues with on/off automation producing CPU clicks with many PA plugins. I'm pretty sure it will never get fixed. And I'm pretty sure I will never buy another PA plugin...

Oooh, what a mess.. Plugins that I sold long time ago reappeared on my PA account on their website. Unfortunetly not in Installation Manager.
Hard time logginig in as well..
Still no uninstall option in the manager, how hard it must be to implement it with all those people coding plugins working there.

It's an NI product now.
Only makes sense that it's AFU'd.
I have a really fast computer, some good mics, vintage musical instruments, and lots of fancy software. Just need some talent

What about the 3 plugin redemptions for past subscriptions? I have been subscribing to them for last 2 years, but I never redeemed any plugins thinking I will redeem them in future. Now there is no record of my past subscritions in My Account!!

I am entiltled to 6 of their plugins now! What to do?? :(

I just checked - I can't log in to the new, improved PA website either, but I can log in to the installation manager and all my plugins are (at the moment) present and correct. This being Native Instruments, does this mean they just haven't got around to f*cking up the installation manager yet? :help: I'm normally a glass-half-full kind of person, but I have to say I fear the worst :cry:

Logged onto the website with no problems.

Trying to open the install manager I had resulted in error message about security. Downloaded the latest version. Everything working fine now.

Surprisingly I have received a response to my support ticket this morning but unsurprisingly it did not contain an answer to the question.

It said "I don't see a license for the Shadow Hills Compressor" even though I have it installed, authorized, and running and have for quite a long time.

I responded what was learned in this thread about the Soundwide Bundle and how it's causing confusion due to the fact it does not list what plugins are contained in it.

We'll see how they respond.

I got pretty much every plugin listed in my account again that I ever owned, including everything I sold at some point. Great job NI.

Yes, but you dont see them in plugin manager. They'll fix website account probably soon.
