Right click and lock?
You Sir are a very kind person (and obviously read the manual more thoroughly than I did!)

Thank you.
Happy to help 😎 tbh, I get more from randomly clicking stuff than reading the manual...!😎

Serum2 really benefits from exploratory clicking because there are so many otherwise undiscoverable nested functions. Many parameters have these little easter egg like additional functions...

It’s so weird this is missing. Serum seems to have been created by and for (Windows?) nerds, there are options hidden everywhere. But you have to memorize a keyboard shortcut to quickly switch modulation. Doesn’t make any sense.

Unless it has changed, i think steve develops on a mac.

It‘s Shift-Alt left-click as it is on Serum 1.

I know. I still want it in the menu.

Workflow. I don't like having to use qualifier keys for basic operations.

Workflow-wise qualifier keys are much faster. I would say, it‘s rather your taste. The only use-case I can imagine is wanting to change it while playing with other hand on a keyboard. For consistency-reasons it could be in the menu, the same as Bypass. But from a certain point menus start to get convoluted. Not that Serum is going to become the Reaper of synth plugins.

If menus shall be convoluted, I would prefer beeing able to choose the active modulator in the left-click menu instead of needing to first going down and choose it from there. That I would rate as a much better improove in the workflow.

You can change the modulator, change the modulation amount, bypass the modulator, remove the modulator, you can adjust the modulator curve, change the auxiliary modulator without any qualifier keys.

In other words, the only thing you can't do is change the polarity mode which is one of the most basic operations in modulation. Far more basic than something like adjusting the modulation curve.

If anything it's inconsistent design.

It's great to have another update. Just interesting - any plans to work.more with CPU... it's still very heavy honestly...
