Pretty stupid to use the ancient ABL2 for a demo video, when the much improved ABL3 has excellent distortion build in.

I don't understand why anyone would still be using the unsupported ABL2 (from 2007) anyway. ABL3 was released almost 10 years ago, and is better in all areas. If you love Acid, you own ABL3.

. Must admit it's a pleasant-sounding distortion, good for 303s. I really like your animation smiley thingy, makes me chuckle and is a nice touch. TBH there's not much point having a dial for amount - let's be realistic, for most of us it's going to 100% or nothing amirite

Hey, thanks a lot for your feedback! I get what you mean, but like I said, I just prefer the sound of ABL2, especially when paired with my distortion plugin. To me it sounds better than ABL3 with its built-in drive. And yeah, maybe it’s pretty stupid to still use ABL2 in 2025, but hey, stupid never sounded this good

Haha yeah I totally get you, that dial is basically there for decoration anyway right? Let’s be honest, it’s 100% or bust

Glad you liked the little animation too, I had fun adding that one!
