Very exciting all around - wish we were getting FM / audio rate interaction between generators though!

One of the greatest things about Falcon have been the ability to flip any factory patches existing sample engine to granular on the fly. The batch editing doesn't seem to work with the new grains one? You can hear it switches, but the interface for grains doesn't show up.

I really appreciate UVI doing a free update. Arturia and UVI are really hitting it out of the park. Native Instruments on the other hand lost me years ago. Boo.
My only gripe with Falcon is the lack of presets especially free user made presets. Probably why Pigments is still my go-to. I

Let's say some mildly drunk Scandinavian guy approaches you in a bar, and asks: "Mate, I already have the NI and Arturia instrument collections. What would UVI Falcon give me that I don't already possess? Hic!"

Thanks for free update.
But, it is just for me that it hangs DAW after unload plug ?
In Studio One 6, and Ableton 12 the same.
Win10 \ VST2
If anything:
Upd: Did check Organ module issue - now fixed, thanks.

It's a consolidated workstation approach that only gets matched by Omnisphere and it's arguable that the tweak ability in Falcon is deeper. In terms of samplers, it has MPE which Kontakt doesn't have, it's FX are better sounding out of the box than Kontakts, and it's 3.5X cheaper than Omnisphere currently. Arturia mainly do emulations of classic synths, but Falcon is also much deeper than Pigments. In terms of automation once you get the system it's super easy to set up. Falcon is a go to for pretty much anything. I've owned it since MachFive 3 became depreciated, and it's great what UVI did with the MOTU collaboration by turning it into Falcon, even though I'm a Digital Performer user etc.Old Norse wrote: Thu Oct 16, 2025 5:42 pm Let's say some mildly drunk Scandinavian guy approaches you in a bar, and asks: "Mate, I already have the NI and Arturia instrument collections. As a long-time Falcon user, I hope they will implement a UI overhaul at some point to make it more appealing overall.
