I'm very excited to announce and share my new plugin with the KVR community: Karadag Reverb. It's a completely free algorithmic reverb I've been working on, and I hope you'll enjoy it!
Ekran görüntüsü 2025-10-17 082846.png
Key Features:

Atmospheric Algorithm: Tuned specifically for lush and spacious reverberations.

Main Controls: Simple access to Decay, Mix, Pre-Delay, and Size to quickly shape your space.

Tone Shaping: A Damping (or Filter) control to tame high frequencies and create darker reverb tails.

Stereo Width: Control the stereo image of the reverb from mono to wide.

Minimalist Interface: Clean and resizable UI designed for a fast workflow.

Low CPU Usage: Optimized to run efficiently on most systems.

100% Free! No ads, no registration, just a free tool for the community.

EDIT: Nevermind... I got it... :tu:

I am perhaps a bit silly when it comes to github but where/how on this page do I download the actual VST plugin?

Post

and it's mac os x only ?

ooops...sorry, couldn't resist ;-)
might be interesting to know, which platform and format it will run
linux, mac, windows, vst, au, clap, aax ?

Post

Thank you :tu:

Post

According to the release readme it should run on mac and windows. But I have not tried it yet.

Post

I would sure love a Linux version! :)

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)

Çok teşekkürler!

Hello Karadag,

thank you so much for your generosity with this reverb plugin!
I can't appreciate it enough that you're contributing to the "free
community."

What particularly strikes me is that the GUI design is particularly
clear and functional – and apparently easy to use. Besides wet
and dry, there are only three controls: Size, Damping, and
Width.

If the plugin sounds good, then a lot of know-how has already
gone into its minimalist design. And this offers significant
advantages over more complex reverb plugins, because you'll
achieve a suitable sound much faster. This makes it one of the
best designs ever. :tu:

As soon as I'm back in the studio, I'll test the plugin.

Thanks again!
