Not totally sure what you can do. It's unlikely the jQuery library is the problem. These old MSHTML apps are pretty much on life support on modern Windows and I'm pretty sure they (Microsoft) are slowly pulling the supports out.
I'm a web dev for my day job, but all of this is before my time. I don't use the KVR Studio Manager. If I'm wrong about any of this, someone let me know

I also had a similar javascript error, showing up twice during scans. Selected "ignore" both times and the scans seemed to succeed. I didn't do much debugging, but it seemed like they popped up when it was trying to scan the Reverside reverb plugin. I have reinstalled it, and now the alerts are gone. I can't tell for certain that this was the root cause, but it worked for me.
