What’s happening to LABS?
LABS isn’t going anywhere and we’ll continue to release LABS+ packs throughout 2025, with the plugin operating well into 2026.
For the best experience though, we would recommend downloading and using INSTRUMENT which will feature all the sounds that already exist on LABS and will know if you have LABS packs already installed, so no need to download them again.

I must say that I am currently not so happy with Splice Instrument. Having to go online every 7 days kind of ... you know ...
But, what is more:
Here, at least, the so called "Offline Mode" doesn't work at all, so it seems that Instrument needs to be online all the time.
(have tried everything that is suggested on the Internet to solve the problem).
So, it's useless. It's a pity. Poor LABS.
