Dang - I have a far more serious problem: I still have twenty freebie-slots left and am running out of interesting options to use them...

Are you guys sure you're trying it the right way? What do you mean when you say "user-area? It's actually more of a menu and this menu has an entry "promotions" - what exactly happens when you click it?

Yes. I redeemed a couple of freebies a couple of days ago. What's happened now is when you select your freebie, it loads the page that says are you sure, etc. When you click on the confirm button (whatever it says), it just loads up the user area webpage instead of going to the page with your license for the freebie. And I've checked my licenses and nothing has been added. Even checked the product manager to be sure.

Can confirm. That is exactly what happens. It just goes back to user area webpage and nothing is actually redeemed. Doesn't matter what you select as your freebie, no matter what value or product (I've tried like 10 different random ones).

Ah, I see - I had that happen once yesterday, but seem to remember that it (the page/dropdown where you choose the freebie) somehow looked differently... it looked like a page that would automatically show up once you register a product that qualifies... it was a little weird as I wasn't really sure when/how I had actually opened it, since I had several tabs open at once (to check the products pages etc.). As it didn't seem to have worked I then went back to the promotions page and indeed no slot had been used. But I tried again right after and it was back to business as usual.

Lol... when I just clicked on "confirm" it took its sweet time before all of a sudden switching to Italian all on its own with me having to confirm a second time - but then it worked.

Site is definitely doing its own thing right now.

All the versions are so confusing. I got T-Rack 6 Max last year. Now I can get T-Rack 6, T-Rack 6 Pro or T-Rack 6 Pro upgrade. Plus all the plugins that came with Max last year.

I just joined the group buy for the Lurssen (got) and trying out strings, keys and guitars. Does the promo list offer bundles of any or just individuals?

Edit: ..and 5 minutes later IK's site won't even open.

If you have T-Racks 6 Max, the other options (T-Racks Pro for example) won't add anything, you'll just waste a freebie choice. Yeah, you have to do due diligence to make sure you don't get something you already have. There are bundles for some things like Amplitube and Tonex addons/expansions/collections. Not sure about sampletank, MODO bass, etc. You can check on the group buy page where the eligible freebies are listed.

I'm also unable to log in now for 3 days. IK Multimedia is making a ton of money on this , it'd be nice if they would spend a few dollars on more bandwidth so their customers can actually download what we paid for. Can you maybe pass the message along to your developers , it's not like you don't do this sale every year. You know what it is every time.

yeah, about the same here, I entered just to get the full Pianoverse, as I already had what I wanted from them. now I´m mostly yawning my way through the rest of the portfolio (T-Racks 6 does seem cool to have, though). anyway, not complaining - got what I wanted ludicrous money.

Is there no way to run 100% clean stereo input into Amplitube 5? No matter what I do with the stereo input split option and all amps and cabinets bypassed, the sound changes as soon as it goes through Amplitube. This was an issue with version 4. Was expecting them to have fixed it in 5 by now.

Are they perhaps using some shit quality oversampling on the whole signal? What's going on. Anybody know? I'd love to use the pedals and amps on various synth sources but it's annoying that the sound is immediately changed right from the get-go.

EDIT: Also, wtf is going on with user saved presets? I've saved a bunch of them and none show up anywhere now.

EDIT2: Ah, I had pressed that little button that shows owned vs not owned components and it filters the presets for some reason too.
