Bought Luna Pro but not recieved the free upgrade to 2?

I bought Luna Pro recently when the free upgrade was on offer but when I installed Luna 2 the V2 pro license hasnt been applied. Am I supposed to activatre something? I cant find anything in UAD Connect. Extra plugins are missing and the hardware inserts license says its missing. I'm basically running Luna 2 free version it seems.

OK I had to go deep diving in their FAQs but I figured it out. I had to add the Luna 2 Pro upgrade to my cart then check out and I can get it for $0. Not exactly intuitive but at least it's sorted now. Why they couldnt have added it automatically I dont know.
