Okay I think the deal (buying Amplitude 5 on Plugin Boutique for $29.99 and getting 49 products for free) may now be dead. Earlier today, purchased Amplitude 5 on PB, then I claimed 4 products as part of the All-In Group Buy promo. I took a break while all these things downloaded, and I came back to it just now. However, there are no further options to select any free products now. Can anyone else confirm?

Does it seem wrong to anyone else that if you click on "See qualifying T-RackS 6 titles", scroll down to Tape Echo where it says on the product "BUY 1 GET 49 FREE". and purchase the product. You are NOT included in the group buy?

Yeah, all redeem buttons are gone.

It looks like they changed the game (again) and removed AmpliTube as a qualifying product.

ouch. i was a little tempted to jump the group buy with that amplitube-sale, though i actually don't really need anything from IK. and probably wouldn't use anyway as i stick to what i have an use. glad i didn't! but sorry for who jumped in

I did manage to redeem 40+ items yesterday evening (CET) and still have 2 remaining promos available and the redeemed products are registered in my account. Logged out and logged in again to make sure it's not just a cache. Just wanted to confirm that promos or products are not vanishing for everyone.

I'm glad I've got in on the deal, but the experience with the poor infrastructure left a bad taste.

It took me hours, but I managed to redeem all slots yesterday. I went into the deal via a different route, not the PB Amplitube deal. Admittedly a great bargain, despite some of the products being outdated and sub par. But I also got Tonex with a few additional collections, Modo Bass and Pianoverse and their Studio Reverbs (Fame, Sunset, Stone Room) which all seem top notch from what I've seen so far.

I hope they won't start revoking licenses of users who got into the Group Buy via a discounted product, which would be illegal. Those who were affected by the apparently sudden change in policy should consider a class action lawsuit, which is possible in the US as well as the EU jurisdictions.

We know that there are over 40 000 people trying to make their picks and download at the same time. Many selections have massive sample libraries. A little understanding might be in order.

I'm not one to vendor bash on here, but this is incredibly shady by IK. This really feels like a 'bait and switch' since they allowed the PB Amplitube deal to run for a week, and they will have been well aware of this loophole the whole time (it's all over the forums, and it's not like PB are a small reseller), then after at least 10K customers paid for it, pulled the rug from under everyone.

I claimed about half of the slots, then thought I'll leave the rest until the server issues are resolved, thinking I was doing IK a favour by not hammering the downloads at the same time as everyone else was doing so.

I'm happy to not be hysterical and give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping it's a glitch and everyone's redeem slots appear back, but I get the feeling this is intentional.

They should honour the original sales. I was even considering paying full price for the TONEX Bass Collection as I'm impressed with the guitar captures I was playing with this weekend, but if they don't honour my original purchase then I won't be giving them any more money.

Everyone should be kind to Peter when he comes back into the thread, he's just the messenger and this isn't his decision, but I think there will a lot of justifiably angry people because of this.
